How do I earn points?

How do I redeem points?

First off, log into your account via the Loop Rewards page. Once you're logged in, scroll down to where it says “How to use your points”. From there, select the points you wish to redeem. Once you click on “Redeem”, and confirm, you will see a code p

I lost my voucher code. Where can I find it?

Easy! Just log into your account via the Loop Rewards Page. From there, you can access your Rewards History. It will have a list of any rewards or discounts you have received since joining.

Do my Loop Rewards points expire?

Nope. You’ve got them til you use them.

Can I redeem my points in-store?

FCS Australia does not have any physical store locations - we sell online only here. You cannot redeem your loyalty points with any of our wholesale locations.

Can I combine points from my 2 email addresses?

Unfortunately not. Each account is unique to one email address.

I’ve changed my email address, can I transfer points?

In some circumstances, we can! Reach out to our customer service team, and they will sort something for you.

How many points can be redeemed?

The minimum points you’re able to redeem at once is 300 which will give you a $15 discount. The maximum you can redeem is 2100 which will give you a $105 discount.

Where can I see my points and perks?

Everything you need to know about your Loop Rewards points can be found on your Loop Rewards account. All you need to do is make sure you have an account and are logged in here

Can I transfer points to someone else?

You can’t send points. If they haven’t set up an account, tell them to sign up here!

If I return items back for a refund will I get my points back?

If you return your entire order for a refund, we can offer you a new code for your next purchase.The original code provided will now be invalid. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase, and we can get you sorted.

I made a purchase before I created an account, where are my points?

If you have made an account since the Loop Rewards was launched, your points will show in your account. If you made an order without being logged in, please contact our customer service team. If you signed up prior to the rewards program being launch
