If you have made an account since the Loop Rewards was launched, your points will show in your account. If you made an order without being logged in, please contact our customer service team.
If you signed up prior to the rewards program being launched, please contact us. We will determine your eligibility to redeem points on a case-by-case basis. Orders over 12 months old are not eligible.
