How much is delivery?

FREE DELIVERY applies for all orders over $80 (see exclusions below).

*For orders under $80, a $15 delivery charge will apply.

*For remote area postcodes, a $25 delivery charge will apply for orders over $80. For orders under $80, a $30 delivery charge will apply.

Bulky Items

We are currently unable to ship bulky items to NZ.

Delivery Methods

Generally, we will ship all items to NZ via DHL.

All deliveries are fully insured against damage.

How do I track my delivery?

All FCS deliveries have a unique tracking number and link which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Delivery progress can then be tracked either via the DHL website here.

How long does delivery take?

Small Items (fins, leashes, tail pads etc): In most cases, orders received before 7 am on a business day are dispatched via DHL the same day, & received within 3-5 next business days in metro areas. For other areas please allow 5-7 days.

Large Items (board covers, luggage): We will endeavour to have your product delivered as fast as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow up to 7 business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation to be sure.

Do you ship internationally?

Purchases from the FCS Australian website can not be shipped to locations outside of Australia and New Zealand.
