My tracking number has not updated?Updated a month ago

If your tracking number hasn't been updated within 3 business days, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We can submit an inquiry to the courier service to get an update on your parcel.

**Please note orders are generally collected around 11 am Mon-Fri. If your order was packed after this time, it will be collected the next business day.
