Generally, if you order before 8am AEST Mon-Fri we aim to dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are shipped the next business day. 

Please note massive sale events i.e. Black Friday, Christmas, and other holiday periods will impact dispatch timeframes. 

When it comes to the delivery of your order, each carrier has their own operating hours. For example, Australia Post generally doesn't deliver on weekends. You can follow up with them below for more information:
