Can you fix my FCS luggage bag that's out of warranty?Updated 2 years ago

If the Bag is in our 1 year warranty period, we advise you to take the bag back to the retail outlet where you purchased it from and ask them to send it back to us for a warranty inspection – if it clears for warranty we would then send you out a replacement. If you have purchased via the FCS website, simply contact us directly and we will advise on next steps.

However if the bag is out of the 1 year warranty period unfortunately we will not be able to help as we don’t have an authorised company that fixes our luggage bags – you would have to source that service on your own. If you would like to learn more please head to our  Returns & Exchanges Page.
